Harte Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to house washing, driveway cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck and fence washing, and surface restoration. Service availability may vary by location and weather conditions.
2. Estimates and Scheduling
All price estimates are based on information provided by the customer and are subject to change after an on-site inspection. Once a job is scheduled, we will confirm the date and time by phone, text, or email. Scheduling is subject to weather and other conditions outside our control.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards. Late payments may incur a service charge. Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee. In the event of severe weather, we may reschedule your appointment for safety reasons.
5. Property Access and Water Supply
Customers must ensure clear access to the property, including water and electrical outlets as needed. Harte Pressure Washing is not responsible for delays or incomplete work due to blocked access or unavailable utilities.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Securing windows, doors, and outdoor electrical outlets prior to service.
Removing fragile items, vehicles, and decorations near work areas.
Informing us of any pre-existing surface damage or delicate materials.
We are not liable for damage to unsecured or improperly maintained surfaces, fixtures, or landscaping.
7. Photos and Media Use
By hiring Harte Pressure Washing, you grant permission for us to take before-and-after photos or videos of completed work for quality assurance and marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media, brochures). No identifying personal information such as addresses or license plates will be displayed. If you wish to opt out, please inform us in writing before service begins.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of completion so we can review and, if appropriate, correct the issue.
9. Liability and Limitations
While we take great care to ensure safe and effective cleaning, Harte Pressure Washing is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to surfaces or materials.
Damage caused by normal pressure washing effects on aged, oxidized, or deteriorated materials.
Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.
10. Weather Policy
Pressure washing services are weather-dependent. Rain, freezing temperatures, or high winds may require us to postpone your appointment. We will reschedule as soon as conditions allow.
11. Privacy Policy
Any personal information you provide, such as name, address, phone number, or email, will be used only for scheduling, communication, and billing purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
12. Modifications to These Terms
